This is our signature range, highly influenced by traditional Chiu Chow fishball making. By working closely with our global suppliers, we ensure the quality and stable supply of ingredients are met year round. This range is made with 100% wild caught fish meat without any starch, producing fresh flavorful and special springy texture fishballs.
After years of research, in 2015 we launched Hong Kong’s first fishballs made using only certified sustainable wild caught fish. Today this range includes not only Sustainable Fishballs, but also Sustainable Fish Shaomai and Sustainable Fish Springroll all made with certified sustainable fish. And this is just the beginning…
