By working closely with our global suppliers, we ensure the quality and stable supply of ingredients are met year round. This range is made with 100% wild caught fish meat without any starch, producing fresh flavorful and special springy texture fishballs.

After years of research, in 2015 we launched Hong Kong’s first fishballs made using only certified sustainable wild caught fish.
